De woning en het zwembad zijn fantastisch, maar dit verblijf is echt in the middle of nowhere. Heerlijk om af te schakelen maar boor vertier moet je minimaal 15mn rijden.

Wat een geweldig huis en wat een prachtige huiseigenaar! De 78-jarige Pietro kwam iedere dag het zwembad inspecteren en maakt graag een praatje met de gasten. Het huis ligt helemaal vrij tussen de velden met zonnebloemen. We hebben genoten!

Very nice house ( pics describe house well) and fantastic garden in quiet surrounding on a very big and private property. Kitchen works well, with most items in place and a big place for outside eating, nice albeit somewhat “on the backside” of the house. A bit of mosquitoes at night, as in other areas of Tuscany. A/C in 3 of four bedrooms. Pool area is plesant, albeit 50m or so away/down from the house. Owner/host lives in separatated part of house but not disturbing on any big way. House power system is a bit underpowered and full use of appliances needs to be paired with a/c off and no washing machine. Not suitable for charging Your EV, but four 22KW AC chargers are available 5 min walk from house by nearest supermarket. Nice small town 5 min drive (Pescia) with most stuff available in very untouristy town with Saturday market. Car is generally recommended for this place to work smoothly, but it is not impossible without 10 min drive to trainstation. We had a fantastic time woth our young adults. Very good setting for the big family.
