Very nice house with great pool & pool-area. Splendid with extra toilet & shower in the pool-area and the two rooms in the house next to the pool.
Nice view over a the mountains and cities.
Aprox 25 minutes drive to beach.
Only minus is that the area from time to time lack water, so for that reason there are extra jerrycans placed in the house.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole all'insegna della tranquillità e del relax. Abitazioni dislocate in un bosco davvero suggestivo.. piscina ben tenuta e davvero bella. Solo l'arredamento dell'alloggio un pochettino datato ma comunque tutto pulito e funzionale. Grande disponibilità del Signor Andrea pronto ad aiutare in caso di difficoltà e bisogni. Ideale per una vacanza all'insegna del relax e della tranquillità. Consigliato.

(English translation - Very pleasant stay in the sign of tranquility and relaxation. Dwellings located in a really suggestive forest .. well maintained and really beautiful pool. Only the decor of the accommodation a little dated but still all clean and functional. Great availability of Mr. Andrea ready to help in case of difficulties and needs. Ideal for a holiday of relaxation and tranquility. Recommended.)

We had 2 great Weeks. Really nice house and the best pool. And what a view. Perfect service from the landlord. Placed right in the middle and close to Firenze, Sienna, Rome etc. We have only good things to say.
