It's such a pity that such a nice place, located in such a nice environment and with nice people working there, has such different types of rooms which have nothing to do with one another.
If you have the luck to get a room at the swimming-pool area you will be OK... but, as it was my case, if you are not lucky and get assigned a room next to the road, you are dead. I had lot of noise from the road (the room was located just in front of the road), so I had to close all the windows, but there wasnt any fans or air conditioned, so it was very hot in the room, I hadnt TV, I hadnt WiFi (at last they solutioned that) and the room was like 200m from the principal area (swimmin-pool, restaurant, etc)
As I said... a pity...

The rental is full of charm thanks to the stone cities and surrounding park is beautiful. It is ideally located for visiting the major sites of Tuscany.
The only negative was the cleanliness. The floors were very dusty (very visible when you have babies crawling ), the very dirty fridge ... It's a shame !

Nous avons adoré l'endroit calme et reposant, perdu au milieu du chianti.
La maison est spacieuse, propre, bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont supers, la piscine très agréable.
Les propriétaires nous ont parfaitement accueillis et renseignés sur les environs.
Seule la route est un peu galère: les 2 derniers kilomètres sont un peu difficiles mais cela vaut le coup.
Nous recommandons chaudement.

Nice and spacious house / property. Could have been a bit cleaner (floors and kitchen areabath rooms were clean though) And as the house has no AC and it was very hot during our stay ventilators in the bed rooms would have been nice.
