Excellent 5 /5Nice house with a special character. The piano and guitar where really there. So our children played on them a lot. You really need a car there. Some taxi's from San Giovanni Valdarno don't like to come. (too far from there service area? Short issue with our own car) The owners were a friendly family. Quiet surrounding, you hear some roosters or dogs in a further distance. Swimming pools in San Giovanni Valdarno, like Las Vegas. There you find several bigger super markets.(Conad city, Penny market, Lidl, Coop all 20 min drive) Florence is a 45 minutes drive away. Beautiful view. Some mosquitos, but only during the day. At night, wide open windows can give a good cooling. (no airco in the house is manageable)
Better take the south route to Pulicciano (via Castelfranco Piandisco), our route planner always wanted to give us the north route.
