The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the designated changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is required upon arrival and must be paid in cash. This deposit will be returned upon departure, less any charges for damages or unpaid fees.

The minimum rental period is 1 week, with Saturday as the changeover day. Check-in is available from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm, and check-out must be completed before 10:00 am. A refundable security deposit of 1500 euros is payable in cash upon arrival and returned at departure, less any damages or unpaid fees. A tourist tax of 2.50 euros per person per night applies. The guest will be able to privately enjoy: a swimming pool (4 x 2 m, depth 120 cm, open from May 1st to September 30), shower and toilet in the pool area, a 50 m2 terrace, garden furniture and barbecue, and a public parking on the street 50 meters far.
In the nearby town Bagni di Lucca (6 km distant, about 15 min by car) there are: a grocery store, supermarket, bar and restaurant 6 km away; the sandy beach "Versilia" 50 km away, the thermal pool "Bagni di Lucca" 6 km away (about 15 min by car).
