The property boasts two separate outdoor dining areas, each equipped with large tables perfect for alfresco meals and gatherings. A traditional stone barbecue provides the opportunity to prepare authentic Italian cuisine while enjoying the open air. The centerpiece of the outdoor amenities is the stunning infinity pool, which offers breathtaking views across the estate. The swimming pool is available from 17/05 to 27/09 and can be heated upon request when the house heating system is not in operation, as the system is designed to heat either the house or the pool. Check-in and check-out arrangements follow the weekly Saturday to Saturday schedule. The villa welcomes dogs at an additional weekly fee per animal. The property enforces a water consumption policy whereby, in case of water shortage issues in the area, a limit may be established for consumption included in the rental price, with usage beyond this threshold charged at 5 euros per cubic meter to discourage wastage while ensuring sufficient water for normal holiday needs. The swimming pool operates from 17/05 to 27/09, and outside these dates it may occasionally be opened for an additional fee with at least 4 weeks advance notice required before arrival. Pool heating requires similar advance booking and is not available for last minute reservations made less than 3 weeks before arrival. In case of event use of the accommodation, customized pricing applies.

The historic city of Volterra, famous for its Etruscan heritage, Roman ruins, and traditional alabaster craftsmanship, is also easily accessible within a short drive. The villa's location within a 650-hectare estate provides guests with a sense of seclusion and tranquility while remaining conveniently close to local amenities, restaurants, shops, and the diverse attractions of the Tuscan region.
