Conveniently located 980 m (3168 ft) from Pedona, Italy and only 12 km (7 mi) from Viareggio. Experience the Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea from the holiday rental (4 km 2 mi).
The villa is accessible on foot from the parking area by a track of approx. 250m. The villa owners will assist you with your luggage when you arrive.
When you arrive you will be welcomed by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the sea and the mountains ideal for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. After a busy day of shopping, spend some time with friends and family poolside enjoying a glass of wine - a perfect way to relax at the end the day. Also available outdoors are a patio and barbecue grill. If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people. The house is for the sole use of the guests: the 2nd floor is not inhabited and remains closed, whereas two rooms on the ground floor (at the garden level, below the house) are for the use of the owners and therefore not accessible to guests.
