The property extends across 2 hectares of land, encompassing olive groves and vineyards that come alive during the grape harvest around the beginning of September. Guests benefit from complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the property, a private parking area conveniently located near the house, and a generous yard that invites relaxation and outdoor exploration in complete tranquillity.

The outdoor spaces of Villa ai Venti are nothing short of extraordinary, offering a seamless blend of natural beauty and refined leisure. The property's crown jewel is its stunning infinity pool, positioned approximately 30 metres from the villa on a terrace that commands sweeping views of the surrounding landscape. Rectangular in shape and measuring 6 x 12 metres with a depth ranging from 0.80 metres to 2 metres, the pool is lined with elegant ceramic tiles and framed by a solarium area paved in traditional terracotta. The purification system is chlorine-based, and the pool is equipped with both internal and external lighting for evening ambiance. Sunbeds, deckchairs, and umbrellas are provided for guests' comfort, and a dedicated changing room is available in the pool area. The non-heated pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday of October. Adjacent to the villa and near the parking area, guests will find a volleyball court and a ping-pong table, perfect for active outdoor enjoyment. The covered portico serves as a charming al fresco dining and lounging space, furnished with a dining table and a wicker lounge suite, where the barbecue is also located. From this vantage point, guests can savour magnificent views of the pool, the sea, and the Lake of Torre del Lago Puccini. The lawn areas are interspersed with patches of typical local vegetation, creating a serene and picturesque environment throughout the grounds. A flight of elegant sandstone stairs leads to the first floor, where 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom are located, providing comfortable and well-appointed sleeping quarters for all guests. The first floor is served by 2 bathrooms, one fitted with a shower and one with a bathtub.

Heating costs from November to April are also covered. The property operates under the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This arrangement includes EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500 euros and subject to the limitations provided by the policy. A tourism tax may be applicable depending on current local regulations.

A beautiful panoramic garden with a pool reserved for the use of the seven apartments offers guests the chance to relax and enjoy the outdoor space, along with a furnished area with a pergola and a barbecue corner.
The property lies in Gualdo, a charming village upon the hills of Lucca dating back to the 1400’s. Within the town, visitors will find a quiet atmosphere. Along with a church, at the town’s main square there is also a restaurant where visitors can enjoy dining al fresco during the summer period. Not far from the area is the beautiful Versilia zone, the Apuan Alps and the historical cities Lucca and Pisa.
