The second pergola, measuring 20 square metres, includes a dining area and a heated hydromassage tub with chlorine purification, accommodating up to 6 people, alongside an adjacent stone shower. A second outdoor shower with hot water is also available near the main terrace. The laundry room is conveniently located between the entrance and the hydromassage area. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring; therefore, the flowering and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Description
Ancient building comprising 4 apartments (one is occupied by the property owners) situated in the historical centre of the medieval town of Certaldo Alto. All of the 3 units have been recently restored and offer nicely furnished and cozy interiors. At their arrival, guests staying at Certaldo will be given a permission allowing them to drive to their apartment and make use of a parking situated in an internal courtyard near the apartments. During the month of July (approx. 10 days) there is a very nice “festival” (“named Mercantia”) taking place in the historical centre of Certaldo Alto (the oldest part of the town), where local artists and artisans show their works until late at the night. During this period of the year the access to the internal courtyard for parking is not possible.
