Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Property Borgo Santinovo is a lovely property that includes pool. Borgo Santinovo is a vacation home that has a total of 12 separate apartments. The property can sleep up to 42 guests comfortably in 22 bedrooms with 14 bathrooms. Borgo Santinovo is located 6 km (4 mi) from Colle Di Val D'elsa, Italy and only 26 km (16 mi) from San Gimignano in the tourist area "San Gimignano And Surroundings".
The farmhouse dining room can seat about 45 people comfortably (a maximum of 50 can be accommodated, but obviously space will be tighter). It is equipped with a kitchen and a small bathroom. It is used for dinners and breakfasts and is generally for the exclusive use of the property.
However, in the case of groups renting all 12 flats, it is possible for them to rent it at an extra cost to be paid on the spot ( on request) + € 1000.00 cash deposit to be paid on arrival. In the event of damage to the lounge, furniture, kitchen equipment or bathroom, the full amount will be retained.

For your enjoyment you will find a pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of shopping. Also available outdoors are a patio and barbecue grill.
