The outdoor spaces of Torre Angelina are thoughtfully designed to complement the natural splendour of the surrounding Valdinievole landscape. Directly in front of the villa, a paved living area enclosed by laurel hedges offers a refined and private setting for outdoor relaxation. Beyond a stretch of green lawn lies a tuff-paved zone featuring a dedicated outdoor dining area and a barbecue, all sheltered beneath the generous canopy of a centuries-old medlar tree. French windows from the kitchen connect seamlessly to this outdoor dining area, creating a fluid transition between interior and exterior living. Please note that the garden photographs were taken in spring during the flowering season, and the appearance of the grass and blossoms may vary depending on the time of your arrival.
The swimming pool is situated at the rear of the villa on a panoramic terrace approximately 60 metres from the main building, reached via a gently sloping path. Open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, this non-heated rectangular pool measures 6 by 12 metres with a depth of 1.40 metres. It is lined in PVC with a travertine edge, fitted with internal lighting, and accessed via Roman steps. Its south-facing orientation ensures it is bathed in sunlight throughout the day, while the surrounding paved solarium is furnished with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. Two private cabins and an outdoor shower complete this exceptional poolside setting, all framed by a breathtaking panoramic view stretching toward the Pisan mountains.

Torre Angelina is a three-floor villa connected by 2 internal staircases, thoughtfully configured to accommodate up to 12 guests across 5 beautifully appointed bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. On the ground floor, a bright and fully equipped kitchen opens directly into the dining room, which is fitted with a Smart TV, and connects to a guest bathroom. This same level hosts 2 double bedrooms, each with its own ensuite bathroom. Also on the ground floor, within the tower section of the villa, is a cosy living area featuring a Smart TV and a fireplace. From this tower living area, a cypress-wood staircase, which is not suitable for seniors or children, ascends to a sitting room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with shower, continuing further to a panoramic double bedroom. A second staircase, accessible from the ground floor dining room, leads to the upper level where 2 additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms are located, each offering tasteful design and panoramic views. Adjacent to the kitchen, with a dedicated entrance from the garden, is a practical laundry area.

The swimming pool is open seasonally, from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Pets are welcome at the property, with a mandatory additional cleaning fee applicable per animal per week or part of a week.
