Interior:
The complex follows the typical structure that is historically defined as "courtyard house", consisting of a main body and a separate annex (located opposite) composed of several residential units, for a total of about 1200 sq m and organised around a central courtyard where all the various entrances are located. MAIN BODY. On three floors. On the ground floor, through the courtyard, you enter the main door which opens into a large living room with sofas and TV area. A short corridor leads to the dining room, connected to the professional kitchen which, through a French window, leads to the courtyard set up for outdoor dining and to a service bathroom. The ground floor is completed by three double bedrooms (two with divisible bed) with private bathroom with shower. An external staircase next to the main entrance leads up to the first floor where, crossing a terrace equipped with tables, you come to a living room with fireplace and six bedrooms: a double with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub, a twin (with joinable beds) served by a bathroom with tub and shower, and four doubles (two with divisible bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower. On the second floor, accessed from the first floor corridor via a simple spiral staircase, is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. ANNEX. Located in front of the main building, it consists of two, not internally connected, floors. On the ground floor are three double bedrooms with ensuite bathroom with shower, each with independent access and not communicating internally. Two flights of steps, located on the front façade, lead to the first floor bedrooms: the first flight leads to a double room (with divisible bed) with ensuite bathroom with shower. The second flight leads to a landing with two independent bedrooms: a double with ensuite bathroom with shower and tub and another double with ensuite bathroom with shower (both bedrooms have a divisible bed). The laundry is located in an external room behind the kitchen. Air conditioning only in the bedrooms.
Park:
48 hectares of land surround the borgo, distributed amongst extensive woodland, immense arable fields, meadows and a vast olive grove where you can walk or practise sport, immersed in nature. The park pertaining to the borgo extends for about 4 hectares and includes areas paved in terracotta, with seats and small tables, and areas of lawn embellished with tall trees, olive and fruit trees and thick bushes of herbs. In the courtyard onto which all the entrances open, particularly that of the kitchen, a dining area has been set up with tables and chairs with, close by, a wood oven and barbecue. A large loggia a short distance from the courtyard and the terrace on the first floor of the main house are perfect relaxation areas, where you can sit and admire the panoramic views. Next to the structure is a large parking area.
Please notice that photos are taken in spring, therefore flower blossoming, and the colours of the gardens' grass could be different at the moment of your arrival at the villa.
Swimming Pool:
The swimming pool is located in the part of the park that borders the wood and is surrounded by tall shady trees. It can be reached from the courtyard along an internal path of about 350 m. Rectangular and measuring 8 x 10 m with a constant depth of 1.40 m, it is lined in PVC and bordered by terracotta paving. It has chlorine purification, a metal ladder for access to the water and internal lighting, which is also present throughout the surrounding area. The lawn, part of the sunbathing area, is equipped with umbrellas, sunbeds and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The garden, featuring rich green areas, includes a stone barbecue, shaded pergolas, tall trees such as olive and cypress, a small vineyard, fruit trees, a vegetable garden, and a rich variety of potted plants placed arounf the house (a chicken coop is located in a more secluded area of the grounds). In the rear part, accessible from the living areas and where the swimming pool and the furnished veranda are located, guests can enjoy uninterrupted views over the authentic landscapes of the Crete Senesi. The parking area for about five cars is conveniently located near the farmhouse entrance.

The swimming pool is located at the rear of the farmhouse, in a slightly lower position, and can be reached in a few steps from the various ground floor exits; rectangular in shape; measures 12 × 6 m with variable depth between 1.10 m and 2.10 m; lined in light-colored PVC; accessible via submerged steps or diving board; equipped with submerged bench seating and waterfall feature; internal lighting; treated with a chlorine system. Lovingly restored by its current owners, who reside discreetly on the upper floor for short periods only, the villa combines refined interiors with an extraordinary natural setting surrounded by centuries-old holm oaks, oaks, and chestnut trees. Guests have access to a fully equipped one-hectare private park, a dedicated parking area located just past the entrance gate to the property, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. The grounds of Villa Rinaldi are nothing short of extraordinary, extending across a fully fenced one-hectare park that wraps around the rear of the building and is framed along its perimeter by centuries-old oak trees and lush, refreshing woodland vegetation. The garden is a living tapestry of seasonal blooms and wild flora, including junipers, honeysuckles, strawberry trees, ferns, cyclamens, violets, hellebores, strawberries, and wild blackberries, all of which can be discovered simply by strolling around the property. A vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs is also available for guests to enjoy. Throughout the park, various seating areas equipped with chairs and tables invite relaxation and convivial gatherings, while a convenient outdoor dining area is positioned directly at the living room exit, creating a seamless flow between interior and exterior living. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The non-heated swimming pool is set in the most private area of the property, on a lower terrace approximately 20 metres from the villa, reached via a few steps or along a dedicated path. Rectangular in shape and measuring 4 x 8 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 1.70 metres, the pool features submerged entry steps, a PVC lining, a stone-paved border, internal spotlights, salt-based water purification, and a waterproof cover for overnight use. The surrounding sunbathing area is furnished with a large umbrella, small tables, sofas, and sunbeds, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The private grounds surrounding Muriciaglia extend across multiple terraced levels connected by stone-paved paths, and are adorned with olive trees, aromatic herb bushes, lavender, and an array of potted plants that blend seamlessly with the surrounding natural landscape. The estate is enlivened by rows of vineyards, dense woodland where fallow deer, roe deer, porcupines, squirrels, and foxes are frequently spotted, and gently rolling hills that frame the horizon in every direction. Numerous trekking trails wind through the estate along streams and offer breathtaking scenic views, inviting guests to explore the land at their own pace. Directly in front of the villa entrances, in a convenient and panoramic position, are the main outdoor relaxation areas: a charming patio furnished with sofas, armchairs, and coffee tables for lounging, and a loggia equipped with an outdoor dining table and a barbecue, ideal for al fresco meals. The outdoor areas surrounding the annexes provide additional living and relaxation spaces for guests. The panoramic swimming pool, non-heated, is positioned on an upper terrace approximately 200 meters from the farmhouse and is reached via a stone-paved path through the grounds. Rectangular in shape with 1 infinity edge, it measures 5.5 x 13 meters with a constant depth of 1.5 meters. The pool is PVC-lined, accessed via corner steps, and purified using a chlorine system. It is partially fenced and features a gated entrance for safety. The surrounding sun deck is paved in terracotta and furnished with sun loungers and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.
Unit Layout
Muriciaglia accommodates up to 14 guests across 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms, distributed between the main farmhouse and 2 independent annexes. The main farmhouse is arranged over 2 levels connected by both internal and external staircases. On the ground floor, an entrance hall leads to a guest bathroom, a relaxation and reading room, a dining room, and a kitchen, both of which offer direct access to the loggia with an outdoor dining table. A staircase connects this level to the first floor, where you will find a living room, a TV room, 2 double bedrooms with divisible beds each featuring an en suite bathroom with both a bathtub and shower, and 1 double bedroom with an en suite bathroom with shower. A semi-basement floor, accessible from the outside, houses the main laundry room. Annex 1 is located directly opposite the main villa and is arranged over 2 levels connected internally. The ground floor presents an open-plan space with a living area, a dining table for 4, a kitchenette, and a laundry room with external access. On the first floor, 2 double bedrooms each benefit from an en suite bathroom with shower. Annex 2 is situated approximately 200 meters from the main villa on an upper terrace and is also arranged over 2 levels. Its ground floor mirrors the layout of Annex 1, with an open-plan living and dining area for 4, a kitchenette, and a laundry room with external access. The first floor of Annex 2 contains 2 double bedrooms, 1 of which features a divisible bed, each with an en suite bathroom with shower.
