Holiday home Bettina! is a lovely stone building (215 sq m) that includes air conditioning, private pool and internet. The property can sleep up to ten guests comfortably in four bedrooms with three bathrooms. Conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Vicopelago, Italy and only 7 km (4 mi) from Lucca.
A couple of meters of the access road to the property (between 2 stone walls) becomes very narrow and is, therefore, not suitable for large vehicles.
The house can be rented in 2 different versions:
- max number of persons version: 8+1 persons, i.e. the whole house with total 4 bedrooms is at the guests' disposal.
- max number of persons version: 6+1 persons, i.e. there are 3 bedrooms at the guests' disposal, this means that the 4th bedroom, on the lower floor, next to the oil press is NOT at the guests' disposal.

The property is composed by 2 main parts: the apartments "Cappella" and the independent unit "Quercia 2" with a pool of 12 x 22 mt and, about 400 mt far from these, the apartments "Proneta" with a pool of 7 x 14 mt.
Aside the 2 stunning swimming pools, there is also a tennis court for guests' use (also used as a volleyball court or five-a-side football pitch).
