However, in the case of groups renting all 12 flats, it is possible for them to rent it at an extra cost to be paid on the spot ( on request) + € 1000.00 cash deposit to be paid on arrival. The property is divided into 2 distinct apartments, each with its own character and layout, connected by an external staircase. The first-floor apartment, known as Girasole, is designed for up to 8 guests and features a welcoming living room with a decorative fireplace and television, 3 double bedrooms, and 1 twin bedroom, served by 2 bathrooms each equipped with a shower. An external loggia extends the living space outdoors, offering a pleasant area to relax and take in the views. The ground-floor apartment, known as Stalla, accommodates up to 5 guests and presents a generous and versatile layout. It includes a large living and dining room with a table seating 12, a separate living room with a fireplace and television, and a fully equipped large kitchen. The sleeping quarters on this floor consist of a double bedroom with an additional third bed and a matrimonial bedroom. A small bathroom with shower serves this apartment. A music and mp3 player is also available within the Stalla apartment for guests' entertainment.

Pets are welcome at the property subject to an additional weekly charge. A baby cot and extra bed are also available for guests who require them. Please note that the property does not have outdoor car charging stations and is not equipped with a facility suitable for home-system electric vehicle charging. Seven spacious, charactaristic apartments that have been tastefully and meticulously restored, located in a large farmhouse that was once a medieval Church. The farmhouse has a beautiful interior court yard, and about 50 m away is a completely renovated barn. Located south of Siena on the edge of the Crete Senesi, the property enjoys a tranquil, panoramic position inside a large farm (400 hectares) that produces wine and olive oil. Magnificent view of the countryside, characterized by the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and the city of Siena on the horizon. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outside, guests may use a charming, partially covered terrace (110m2) with a beautiful view.
The property can also be rented in its entirety for small groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.
Access to the property is via a 3 km unpaved but well-maintained road.
