Guests have access to a private swimming pool, a generous yard rich with Mediterranean vegetation, and reliable Internet Wi-Fi throughout the property, ensuring a stay that is as connected as it is peaceful. The well-tended garden of approximately 900 square metres is beautifully adorned with cypress trees, olive trees, fragrant herbs including rosemary, elegant roses, and a variety of fruit trees, most notably an impressively large kiwi plant. The property is completely fenced, offering privacy and security throughout your stay. A furnished portico with a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley serves as the perfect setting for al fresco dining, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor meals in the open air. The barbecue area is conveniently positioned adjacent to the swimming pool, making it ideal for leisurely summer gatherings. All rooms on the ground floor feature French windows that open directly onto the garden or the fully equipped solarium, where guests can unwind surrounded by lush greenery. The non-heated swimming pool, measuring 10 by 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.4 metres, is lined in PVC and features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and 5 internal steps for easy water access. Reached via 4 steps from the house, the pool area is paved in terracotta and furnished with deck chairs, sunbeds, and umbrellas, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may vary at the time of your arrival.

Podere Belvedere is thoughtfully distributed across 2 floors connected by a 14-step wooden staircase, and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entrance to the house is situated adjacent to the solarium. On the ground floor, a hallway leads to the left into a characterful living room complete with a sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen satellite television. Three steps to the right of the hallway opens onto a small corridor, where a bathroom with shower is located on the left, followed by an open-plan living area comprising a dining room with fireplace and a kitchen with a central island. The ground floor is further completed by a double bedroom and a dedicated laundry room. French windows in the living rooms and kitchen provide direct access to the solarium and the furnished poolside portico. The upper floor is entirely devoted to the sleeping area, where 2 additional double bedrooms are served by a shared bathroom equipped with a hydromassage tub. Each bedroom on this floor features a window offering breathtaking views of the surrounding valley.

This house, offering beautiful views over the surrounding landscape, has been completely restored with the original architectural features preserved and has been nicely furnished in a rustic style.
The property is part of a large and renowned farming estate producing an excellent Brunello wine. Access via dirt road (1km).
