The property is divided into independent living areas across 2 floors, making it an ideal retreat for larger groups who wish to enjoy both shared and private spaces. Within the grounds, uncovered parking is available for guests' convenience, and Wi-Fi connectivity ensures you remain connected throughout your stay. The expansive yard surrounding the villa encompasses a lush garden with a generous lawn, mature oaks, holm oaks, cypresses, and laurel hedges, creating a serene and private natural setting.

The outdoor spaces at Il Pratone are thoughtfully designed to cater to guests of all ages and interests. The pool area is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Pets are welcome at the property, though a mandatory extra cleaning fee applies per animal per week. The booking includes a Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival.
