The non-heated swimming pool is positioned in front of the external living area and is accessible via a tiled path or a few stone steps from the ground floor. Framed by a beautiful classical-style colonnade with elegant statues on one side and a low stone wall on the other, the pool features an irregular shape, combining a rectangle with a rounded side from which Roman steps lead into the water. It measures 7 x 6.5 metres with a constant depth of 1.4 metres, is lined in travertine, and is equipped with salt purification and internal lighting. The surrounding solarium area is paved in travertine and furnished with sunbeds, while an adjacent gazebo provides a shaded seating area with sofas.
