It is lined in light-coloured PVC and maintained with chlorine purification, accessible via a metal ladder. The surrounding solarium is paved in terracotta and furnished with sunbeds, while a gazebo shaded by jasmine provides a charming spot with a table and chairs for leisurely afternoons. Mediterranean vegetation, ancient olive trees, and open views across the Tuscan countryside complete this peaceful outdoor sanctuary. Both internal and garden lighting are activated automatically via a twilight sensor. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Nice property with pool situated near the beautiful medieval hamlet of San Donato in Poggio, half-way between Florence and Siena. This property comprises 2 comfortable apartments all of which recently restored and tastefully furnished. Beautiful vineyards and olive groves surround the estate and produce excellent Chianti Classico wine and olive oil (available for the clients to be tasted and purchased). This property is situated among green hills but at the same time it is very close to the small town of San Donato (walking distance) offering nice restaurants, pizzerias and all main services.
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road suitable for any kind of car.
Distances: San Donato in Poggio with all kinds of shops 500 m away, Greve in Chianti 15 km, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 18 km, Florence 20 km, Siena 35 km away, Pisa (airport) 95 km away, Arezzo approx. 100 km, Cortona 140 km away. Rome is approx. 300 km away.

A dedicated solarium area equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas invites you to unwind in the sun, while a solar shower with both hot and cold water adds a practical touch. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please be aware that photographs of the garden were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the grass may differ from what you observe upon your arrival.

Four charming apartments in a farmhouse (composed in total by 4 units) that was originally a watchtower during the war between the Florence and Siena republics. Today it is the guesthouse of a 16th century villa, where the property owners reside. The property is in a tranquil location at the center of a 12 hectare farm that produces wine and olive oil. At the same time it is just 350 m from the center of a small, charactaristic village where a bus can take you to Florence in just 20 minutes. Beautiful view of the countryside. Each apartment has its own large, private outdoor space, and the beautiful, enclosed, shared pool sits among olive trees, overlooking the country landscape (85 m from the house). Upon request, it is possible to visit the garden of the main villa, with its ancient interconnecting pools fed by a natural spring and age-old lemon trees. The apartments are furnished in simple, rustic style. Access to the property is via a 250 m unpaved but well-maintained road.

This property offers large outdoor areas and a nice panoramic pool with splendid views over the surrounding vineyards (producing excellent wines). All of the apartments provide welcoming interiors furnished in a rustic style. The units Tenuta 1 and 2 are approx. 50 from the pool away while the remaining units are closer. By the pool, guests can enjoy use of a beautiful panoramic terrace with sun-umbrellas and sofas and of a covered area with WI-FI in internet connection (WI-FI internet is also available near the reception, closer the units Tenuta 1 and 2).
The access to the property is via an unpaved road suitable to any car.

Each apartment is equipped with every comfort and an outdoor area equipped for outdoor dining.
The complex is surrounded by the Tuscan Countryside and a large garden that offers 3 private pools to share with other guests, a perfect place to relax and enjoy the panoramic view on hot summer days.
The owners of Borgo Mulignone live on site and are available to guests for any problems or to recommendations for activities and places to visit.
The strategic location of the property allows guests not only to enjoy nature and the Tuscan Countryside, but also to easily reach the most beautiful cities of the Region such as Siena, Arezzo, Florence and the characteristic villages of San Gimignano, Colle Val d'Elsa, Monteriggioni, Casole d'Elsa and the whole Chianti area.
At guests' disposal: large green areas, three swimming pools of which one is very large (20 x 10 m - maximum depth 1.4 m), a smaller one (10 x 5 m - maximum depth 1 m) and a smaller one equipped with a corner with hydromassage (8 x 5 m - maximum depth 1 m), barbecue, outdoor area with children's games, internet connection via wi-fi. Each apartment has a private outdoor area equipped with a gazebo, table and chairs for outdoor dining, access to the property is via a section of unpaved road of about 700 m in good condition. Parking is available inside the property. Shared laundry (payment on the spot). Free Wi-Fi internet connection is available outside the apartments.
Distances: Pievescola with food shops at 3 km, Casole d'Elsa with all kinds of shops at 15 km, the medieval town of San Gimignano approx. at 20 km, Monteriggioni approx. at 10 km, Siena is at about 20 km.
