Conveniently located 4 km (3 mi) from Scarlino, Italy in the tourist area "Grosseto - Maremma" and only 91 km (56 mi) from Montalcino. Property Campo Valerio is a nice stone building (300 sq m) that includes private pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet. The property can accommodate up to 13 people comfortably in seven bedrooms with seven bathrooms. Experience the Tuscan coast, it's just a short distance to the sea from the vacation rental (7 km 4 mi).
The sea is 6.5 km far from the villa.
The property is not completely fenced in, so animals can roam freely.
We accept animals of any number and size, but although the property is very large (about 13 hectares), we cannot guarantee adequate enclosure.

The structure in subdivided into 3 apartments, (there is no internal access between apartments) which come rented to one single party as a single rental villa. The largest apartment holds a dining room large enough for 8 guests to dine together.
The owners (who are very friendly but not intrusive) manage a family agricultural business from the same location and live a few meters away but do not share any of the outdoor areas with the guests – they do reserve access to a passage which runs below the largest apartment for use only when truly necessary. They will be available should guests require help or advice for what to visit and where to go to enjoy the best of Tuscany.
The property available for rent and the property where the owners live are separated by a border of flowers which gives the guests the most privacy possible.

It is worth noting that the photo shoots of the property are typically carried out in spring, and therefore the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns, and park may appear different upon arrival depending on the season. The minimum stay required to benefit from the full range of included services, including the midweek reorganization, is 7 nights.
