Its south-facing orientation ensures it is bathed in sunlight throughout the day, while the surrounding paved solarium is furnished with comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas. Two private cabins and an outdoor shower complete this exceptional poolside setting, all framed by a breathtaking panoramic view stretching toward the Pisan mountains.

This cosy and elegant house is surrounded by the typical vegetation of these areas, centuries-old olive trees and orchards that thrive in the year-round mild climate. A flight of sandstone stairs leads up to the first floor, consisting of three double bedrooms, a twin bedroom and two bathrooms, one with shower and one with tub.

Casale La Pieve is a wonderful Farmhouse on the hills of the Versilia area in Tuscany, just above Viareggio and Torre del Lago, and from here you can enjoy a pleasant and relaxing sea view over the whole coast.
This holiday farmhouse is composed of 3 independent holiday apartments for rent where each one has its own private outdoor area, such as a terrace or a garden (or both).
The property features a shared pool:
- Open from May till October, from 9AM till 7PM.
- 8,5 m length, 4.5m wide, 1,3m deep.
