A large loggia positioned a short distance from the courtyard, together with the terrace on the first floor of the main house, provides ideal spaces for quiet relaxation and contemplative enjoyment of the panoramic views that stretch across the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
The non-heated swimming pool is located in the section of the park that borders the woodland, surrounded by tall shady trees and accessible from the courtyard via an internal path of approximately 350 metres. Rectangular in shape and measuring 8 by 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, it is lined in PVC and bordered by terracotta paving. Lovingly restored by its current owners, who reside discreetly on the upper floor for short periods only, the villa combines refined interiors with an extraordinary natural setting surrounded by centuries-old holm oaks, oaks, and chestnut trees. Guests have access to a fully equipped one-hectare private park, a dedicated parking area located just past the entrance gate to the property, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. The grounds of Villa Rinaldi are nothing short of extraordinary, extending across a fully fenced one-hectare park that wraps around the rear of the building and is framed along its perimeter by centuries-old oak trees and lush, refreshing woodland vegetation. The garden is a living tapestry of seasonal blooms and wild flora, including junipers, honeysuckles, strawberry trees, ferns, cyclamens, violets, hellebores, strawberries, and wild blackberries, all of which can be discovered simply by strolling around the property. A vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs is also available for guests to enjoy. Throughout the park, various seating areas equipped with chairs and tables invite relaxation and convivial gatherings, while a convenient outdoor dining area is positioned directly at the living room exit, creating a seamless flow between interior and exterior living. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The non-heated swimming pool is set in the most private area of the property, on a lower terrace approximately 20 metres from the villa, reached via a few steps or along a dedicated path. Rectangular in shape and measuring 4 x 8 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 1.70 metres, the pool features submerged entry steps, a PVC lining, a stone-paved border, internal spotlights, salt-based water purification, and a waterproof cover for overnight use. The surrounding sunbathing area is furnished with a large umbrella, small tables, sofas, and sunbeds, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

The estate offer several farmhouses turned into nice apartments and surrounded by splendid olive groves and vineyards. The apartments La Selva 1, 2, 3, 4 e 5 are approx. 50 m from the swimming-pool away, La Selva 6 approx. 100 m away. All of the 6 apartments are furnished in rustic and cozy style.
The estate provides an ideal terrain for beautiful walks among vineyards and olive trees.
The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.
Distances: Malmantile with food shops 4 km away, Lastra a Signa with all kinds of shops 5 km, Florence (airport) 18 km away, the charming medieval town of San Gimignano 45 km, Pisa (airport) 65 km away, Siena approx. 75 km.
