Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the upstairs bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay during the summer months, and is included in the rental price. Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. Late check-in after 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM is available upon request, and check-in later than 11:00 PM must be organized in advance and may require additional fees. A tourist tax of 8,00 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt. Upon your arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit of 1000 euros, which will be returned at the end of your stay minus any costs for damage incurred. Pets are welcome at the property for an additional fee. If you require accommodation for 10 guests rather than the full 12-person capacity, one of the bedrooms with a shared bathroom will remain closed. The villa offers professional services available on request, including gardener assistance, maid service, and chef services to enhance your stay. Please note that for the 2026 season, both heater usage and air conditioning consumption are included in the rental rates. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to the regulations of your host municipality.
