All around the farm a large green space where each house has its own private corner with a gazebo equipped with table and chairs. This will be your favourite place on warm summer evenings, chatting with friends and a good bottle of red wine. Le Chianacce farm was founded in the last century and was aimed at raising the prized beef and pork that has always been produced in this area. The owner wanted to recover a part of it, leaving it completely identical to the original construction and equipping it with simple and essential furnishings, which will bring you back to the warm atmospheres of times gone by.
Near the farm you will find the small village of Farneta with the eponymous Abbey of Romanesque origin, which is definitely worth a visit. Because of its strategic location, from the house you can easily reach all the most important art cities and tourist resorts of central Italy.
Only 7 km away you will find the characteristic town of Foiano della Chiana, with its red brick buildings, perched on a green hillock. In Foiano there are all the necessary services, restaurants and trattorias where you can enjoy typical dishes and local wines, supermarkets, stores, pharmacies. If you love shopping, a few kilometers away, you will also find the Valdichiana Village.
The Farm has six apartments, four of which are available to guests, and two inhabited by the owners. You should note that any consumption of air conditioning or heating is not included in the rental price and will be charged locally based on actual usage. Upon arrival, you will be required to provide a security deposit which will be returned at the end of your stay minus the cost of any damages incurred. Pets are welcome at the property. The swimming pool is open seasonally from May 1st to October 31st. Upon arrival, a tourist tax may be required according to the regulations of the municipality.
