Please note that the internal staircase leading to the 2 bedrooms on the first floor has no railing, therefore children up to 12 years of age must be constantly supervised. Air conditioning is available in the living area and in the upstairs bedrooms, ensuring a cool and comfortable stay during the summer months, and is included in the rental price. Heating is metered and billed according to consumption. Final cleaning is included in the rental price. A refundable security deposit of 300,00 euros is required upon arrival and will be returned before departure, less any charge in case of damage. Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is by 9:30. Late check-in after 6:00 PM until 11:00 PM is available upon request, and check-in later than 11:00 PM must be organized in advance and may require additional fees. A tourist tax of 8,00 euros per person per night applies for the first 4 nights, with children under 12 years of age exempt. Upon request, a range of additional services is available, including a Cook Service, Cooking classes, and a Personalized concierge service to book tours, tickets, restaurant reservations, and assist with daily planning. The estate can be reached via 3 kilometers of white gravel road in good condition but occasionally steep with small stones. These country roads are not suitable for low-altitude cars or sports cars, and a 4x4 vehicle is recommended for more comfortable driving. Only transfers arranged through the estate concierge team are permitted to access the property. The minimum stay requirement is 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday, except for last-minute requests. Short stays and daily rates may be available in other seasons upon request. A security deposit is required. A tourist tax may be required upon arrival according to local municipality regulations.
