The 8 bedroom Villa Sant’Angelo is immersed in the enchanting Tuscany hills. It’s an old country manor which once belonged to the noble family of Conti Ghezzi who loved to spend their holidays here.
Recently restored it has managed to maintain its original charm thanks to the rare finishings: antique wooden beams, terracotta tiles, stone fireplaces in the large rooms, choice of colours and the very large illuminated environment.
The furniture has been carefully chosen, both functional and comfortable, but distinguishable with the elegant Tuscany classical style furniture which can be found in most homes today.

Numerous shaded areas are scattered throughout the park, inviting you to relax in peaceful seclusion. On the panoramic terrace, a large outdoor dining table provides the perfect setting for al fresco meals, while the area between the villa and the swimming pool features a comfortable arrangement of sofas and armchairs beneath the shade of a gazebo. Please note that the property photographs were taken in spring, and the appearance of the gardens, including the flowering plants and lawn colours, may vary depending on the season of your arrival. The non-heated rectangular swimming pool, measuring 7x14 m with a depth of 1.40 m and lined in sky-blue PVC, is located on one side of the villa approximately 30 m away, accessed across the lawn. A generously sized sunbathing area surrounds the pool, equipped with umbrellas, comfortable sunbeds, small tables, and a sofa with armchairs. Developed in Italy, this model revitalizes once-abandoned villages by blending comfort with local tradition in a truly immersive experience- in fact the "borgo" is a shared community between locals that live here permanently, and travelers that was born in the late 1980's.
Our collaboration with this placa was born to promote a network of local chefs, farmers, winemakers, guides, and hospitality professionals — all working together to create meaningful moments that we hope will make your stay one to remember.
