You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. Villa Montalcinello is a villa located near the city of Chiusdino, where you can enjoy the wonderful and impressive landscape typical of Tuscany, it has been restored and furnished with elegance, in fact there is only antique furniture of rare beauty.
The Villa also has a small but lovely garden terrace with swimming pool and picnic gazebo.
There are Roman steps for entering the pool on one side, and in the garden there are several areas to sit and relax. The pool is 10 x 5 metres and, 1.7 - 2.5 metres deep. It is open from May to September, weather permitting.
There is another building overlooking the garden and pool area however this is uninhabited..
