After arriving you will be greeted by the owner or manager where you’ll find a lovely clean well-maintained property with views of the hills perfect for a peaceful vacation in Tuscany. For your enjoyment you will find a private pool where you can relax while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a hectic day of visiting museums. For your pleasure, on the grounds there is a patio and barbecue grill. The owners run a nice restaurant on the premises where it is possible to taste excellent local recipes (the restaurant is open every night from June to September included, over the weekend during the months of April, May and October - for the rest of the year the restaurant is available upon request) .
The access to the property is via an unpaved but well-maintained road.

The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.

The garden surrounding the property is delimited by a 2m high wall, which surrounds three sides of the villa.
