The farmhouse has a beautiful interior court yard, and about 50 m away is a completely renovated barn. Located south of Siena on the edge of the Crete Senesi, the property enjoys a tranquil, panoramic position inside a large farm (400 hectares) that produces wine and olive oil. Magnificent view of the countryside, characterized by the rolling hills of the Val D’Orcia and the city of Siena on the horizon. The apartments are furnished in a comfortable, rustic style. Outside, guests may use a charming, partially covered terrace (110m2) with a beautiful view.
The property can also be rented in its entirety for small groups, in which case guests may use a large, shared common room with kitchen.

A furnished portico with a breathtaking view over the surrounding valley serves as the perfect setting for al fresco dining, equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor meals in the open air. The barbecue area is conveniently positioned adjacent to the swimming pool, making it ideal for leisurely summer gatherings. All rooms on the ground floor feature French windows that open directly onto the garden or the fully equipped solarium, where guests can unwind surrounded by lush greenery. The non-heated swimming pool, measuring 10 by 5 metres with a constant depth of 1.4 metres, is lined in PVC and features chlorine purification, internal lighting, and 5 internal steps for easy water access. Reached via 4 steps from the house, the pool area is paved in terracotta and furnished with deck chairs, sunbeds, and umbrellas, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is available from the last Saturday of April until the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, meaning the appearance of flowering plants and garden grass may vary at the time of your arrival.

Podere Belvedere is thoughtfully distributed across 2 floors connected by a 14-step wooden staircase, and is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The entrance to the house is situated adjacent to the solarium. On the ground floor, a hallway leads to the left into a characterful living room complete with a sofa, fireplace, and flat-screen satellite television. Three steps to the right of the hallway opens onto a small corridor, where a bathroom with shower is located on the left, followed by an open-plan living area comprising a dining room with fireplace and a kitchen with a central island. The ground floor is further completed by a double bedroom and a dedicated laundry room.
