The villa is set in 6 acres and sleeps up to 12/14 people. It has been recently renovated in order to bring together modern comforts with the original architectural features and antique furnishings. Villa Pedone is situated on a quiet and secluded hillside, surrounded by breathtaking views of olive groves and vineyards. Although you will feel far away from the city, Lucca is only 10 minutes away by car. It is an ideal location, as you will see on the map, the city of Lucca is positioned centrally in the Tuscan region. It is aprox. only 15 km from the sea side and 10km from the mountains. It is surrounded by all the main cities of Tuscany, which are easily reachable also by train or bus.
The property is in San Concordio di Moriano, a small village in the countryside, 7km from Lucca city center.

The original structure of Casa Bulleri dates back to the 16th century and has been carefully restored, preserving the rectangular tower and little chapel of the still-running farm, adding historical charm to the property. The owner's villa and several annex buildings are also located on the premises. Guests can enjoy wine-tasting and purchase wine, olive oil, and Vinsanto (Italian dessert wine) from the farm. Please note that heating must be paid on the spot from November to April, and there is an additional charge for linen and towel changes. Guests can also request a cook for an extra fee.

The building dates back approximately one thousand years to the Medieval period and was totally restored in 2006, having originally served as a small monastery before evolving into a country house some centuries later.
