Podere Capanne is a portion of an old farmhouse set in the hills overlooking the charming medieval village of Rigomagno and much of the wide Chiana Valley. You will find the house in a landscape covered mostly by olive trees, interrupted here and there by small vineyards and lush oak woods. You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. After dinner in the gazebo next to the pool you will be delighted by the sunsets, which offer different lights and colours every day.

Potted hydrangeas frame the main house, while a pergola covered by Virginia creeper at the kitchen exit creates a naturally shaded and intimate outdoor dining and gathering space. A few steps from the pool, a portico invites guests to relax on sofas and armchairs arranged around a table with benches, offering a sheltered retreat during warm afternoons. The non-heated swimming pool is located at the back of the house, approximately 25 metres away, easily reached across the level garden. Under the large centuries-old oak tree, to the side of the house, there is a small corner designed for relaxing with a good book or for an evening chat with friends and a glass of wine. The beautiful 5 x 10 m swimming pool (depth 1.40 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), for your exclusive use, has sunbeds and umbrellas and a comfortable bathroom with shower. Two covered parking spaces are also available.
