After passing through the automatic entrance gate, a gravel driveway leads directly to the convenient parking area located within the property, just steps from the front door. Wireless internet connection is available throughout the property, keeping you connected whenever you need it, while the generous yard surrounding the house offers a serene natural setting that makes every moment of your stay feel like a true escape.

The Residence, consisting of two houses for a total of 15 apartments, is located a stone's throw from the small medieval village called Sughera, in the municipality of Montaione (FI) in a very central position with respect to the main tourist destinations and attractions of Tuscany: halfway between the legendary towers of San Gimignano and the medieval charm of Certaldo, yet not too far from the art cities of Florence (59 km), Pisa (57 km), Siena (65 km), and Volterra (33 km).
For this reason Calanchi Residence is perfect as a base for various excursions in Tuscany, all reachable in about 1 hour by car.
Each apartment has an independent entrance and a covered outdoor area.
