The central courtyard, onto which all the residential entrances open, has been thoughtfully arranged as an outdoor dining area, complete with tables and chairs, a wood-fired oven, and a barbecue, making it a natural gathering point for guests. A large loggia positioned a short distance from the courtyard, together with the terrace on the first floor of the main house, provides ideal spaces for quiet relaxation and contemplative enjoyment of the panoramic views that stretch across the surrounding Tuscan countryside.
The non-heated swimming pool is located in the section of the park that borders the woodland, surrounded by tall shady trees and accessible from the courtyard via an internal path of approximately 350 metres. Rectangular in shape and measuring 8 by 10 metres with a constant depth of 1.40 metres, it is lined in PVC and bordered by terracotta paving. The pool is equipped with chlorine purification, a metal ladder for water access, and internal lighting that extends throughout the surrounding area. The adjacent lawn serves as a sunbathing area and is furnished with umbrellas, sunbeds, and a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October. Beyond the park, a further 48 hectares of land surround the borgo, distributed among extensive woodland, vast arable fields, meadows, and a sprawling olive grove, all of which are freely accessible for walking and sporting activities. The main body is arranged over 3 floors. On the ground floor, the main entrance from the courtyard opens into a spacious living room with sofas and a television area. A short corridor connects this space to the dining room, which in turn leads to the professional kitchen. The annex, located directly opposite the main building, is arranged over 2 floors that are not internally connected. On the ground floor, 3 double bedrooms are available, each with an ensuite bathroom with shower and independent external access, with no internal communication between units. 2 external staircases on the front façade lead to the first floor: the first staircase accesses 1 double bedroom with a divisible bed and an ensuite bathroom with shower. The second staircase leads to a landing serving 2 independent bedrooms, both with divisible beds: 1 double with an ensuite bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub, and 1 double with an ensuite bathroom with shower. The laundry facilities are housed in a dedicated external room located behind the kitchen.

Lovingly restored by its current owners, who reside discreetly on the upper floor for short periods only, the villa combines refined interiors with an extraordinary natural setting surrounded by centuries-old holm oaks, oaks, and chestnut trees. Guests have access to a fully equipped one-hectare private park, a dedicated parking area located just past the entrance gate to the property, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout the accommodation. The grounds of Villa Rinaldi are nothing short of extraordinary, extending across a fully fenced one-hectare park that wraps around the rear of the building and is framed along its perimeter by centuries-old oak trees and lush, refreshing woodland vegetation. The garden is a living tapestry of seasonal blooms and wild flora, including junipers, honeysuckles, strawberry trees, ferns, cyclamens, violets, hellebores, strawberries, and wild blackberries, all of which can be discovered simply by strolling around the property. A vegetable garden with seasonal vegetables and aromatic herbs is also available for guests to enjoy. Throughout the park, various seating areas equipped with chairs and tables invite relaxation and convivial gatherings, while a convenient outdoor dining area is positioned directly at the living room exit, creating a seamless flow between interior and exterior living. Please note that the photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the blossoming of flowers and the colour of the garden grass may differ at the time of your arrival.
The non-heated swimming pool is set in the most private area of the property, on a lower terrace approximately 20 metres from the villa, reached via a few steps or along a dedicated path. Rectangular in shape and measuring 4 x 8 metres, with a depth ranging from 1.50 to 1.70 metres, the pool features submerged entry steps, a PVC lining, a stone-paved border, internal spotlights, salt-based water purification, and a waterproof cover for overnight use. The surrounding sunbathing area is furnished with a large umbrella, small tables, sofas, and sunbeds, as well as a cold-water shower. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April until the first Saturday in October.

Fragrant climbing plants, lemon trees, and beds of geraniums adorn every corner of the garden, while the olive grove extends across the majority of the property's 10,000 square meters. The pergola in front of the living and dining room, covered in trumpet vines, Virginia creeper, and wisteria, provides an enchanting setting for outdoor dining and savouring the culinary delicacies of Tuscany. A veranda at the front of the house, shaded by climbing Virginia creeper, offers a perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying a glass of local wine. The non-heated swimming pool, open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October, is positioned just 10 metres from the house in a south-facing, panoramic corner of the property that offers a magical and unforgettable view over the gentle hills and the borgo of San Gimignano. The rectangular pool measures 8 x 4 metres with a constant depth of 1.50 metres and features a large step and a ladder for water access. The border is finished in travertine marble, while the inner lining is in light-coloured PVC. The pool is purified with chlorine and is equipped with an outdoor cold-water shower, as well as lighting both inside the pool and in the surrounding area. The sunbathing area adjacent to the pool is furnished with sunbeds and an umbrella for your comfort.

The ground floor is accessed via both an internal staircase and an external staircase located next to the main entrance, and opens into a large open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen. The living room features French windows that provide direct access to the pergola, which is set up for outdoor dining. This floor also includes 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower. The internal terracotta staircase leads to the first floor, where a brightly lit studio with a reading corner connects the remaining sleeping areas. To the right of the studio is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower. To the left, a twin bedroom with joinable beds and a further double bedroom share a second bathroom with shower. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms.

The tourism tax applies from 1 March to 31 October at a rate of €1.50 per person per day for the first 5 days of the stay; children under 12 years of age are exempt from this charge. The rate includes utilities covering electricity, water, and gas for kitchen use, as well as weekly linen change and both initial and final cleaning of the property. The stay is also covered by the Zer0Dep Guarantee, meaning you do not pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and you benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during your stay, up to a maximum of €1,500.00 and subject to the limitations provided by the policy.
