The weekly rental price includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for cooking, as well as weekly linen changes and both an initial and final cleaning of the property. The Zer0Dep Guarantee is also included, meaning guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival, and benefit from EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during their stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations provided.
