The surrounding pool terrace is paved with porphyry stone and equipped with sunbeds, as well as a pergola furnished with a stone table and bench, ideal for relaxing in the shade. External lighting ensures the pool area remains atmospheric and usable into the evening. The pool is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Please be aware that all fireplaces and the wood-burning oven within the property are purely ornamental and are not available for use. The weekly rental rate includes utilities such as electricity, water, and gas for cooking purposes, as well as weekly linen service and both an initial and a final cleaning of the property. The rate also includes the Zer0Dep Guarantee, which means guests are not required to pay a security deposit either on balance or upon arrival. This guarantee provides EuropAssistance coverage in the event of accidental damage to the property during the stay, up to a maximum of 1,500.00 euros and subject to the limitations set out in the policy terms.
