Agriturismo La Greppia is an old 17th-century farmhouse in typical Tuscan style. You will find it in the heart of the upper Arno Valley, on the slopes of the Pratomagno massif, surrounded by splendid olive groves overlooking one of the most beautiful and greenest valleys in Tuscany.
The three apartments retain clear traces of their origins, the exposed stone, the terracotta and wooden floors and the majestic beams, which will take you back in time, to the discovery of the region's rural customs. The furnishings, in typical rustic Tuscan style, make an important contribution to creating a charming and evocative atmosphere.
Inside the property there is a fourth apartment at the disposal of the owner and his guests.

Outside, you can benefit from a solarium equipped with garden furniture and umbrellas, and from an evocative, large swimming pool (size 15x6 m, depth 0.90-2.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September) suspended over the panorama, from where you can be lulled by the enchanting landscape of the Tuscan hills.
The relative proximity to the exits of the A1 Autostrada del Sole motorway (Km. 15 at Valdarno or Incisa exits) will allow you, when you do not prefer to relax by the pool, to reach Firenze and the most beautiful art cities of Tuscany and central Italy in just a few minutes.
Tuscany is full not only of famous cities with monuments, churches and museums to visit, but also of small villages that look like jewels set on its gentle hills. The La Valle complex is comprised of seven comfortable apartments situated just a kilometre from the town of Montaione and roughly 45 kilometres from Florence. Each apartment has its own private and furnished outdoor area, perfect for dining alfresco. The complex has a large outdoor space with a swimming pool and tennis court for shared use by the apartments.
The location of this rental allows for easy visiting of Tuscany’s many attractions such as San Gimignano, Volterra, Florence, Siena, the Chianti winemaking area and the beautiful Tuscan coast.
Distances: Montaione offers a variety of shops just 1 km away, while guests can find Gambassi at a distance of 10 km, San Gimignano 22 km, Volterra 30 km, Florence 45 km, Siena 60 km and Cecina mare on the Tuscan coast at a distance of roughly 70 km.

San Eusebio is an independent portion of a beautiful stone farmhouse with ancient peasant origins. You will find it nestled in an extremely panoramic position on the silver olive-covered hill of S. Pietro a Cegliolo, not far from the beautiful town of Cortona.
You will instantly fall in love with Cortona. Its cobbled lanes, noble palaces, panoramic viewpoints across the Valdichiana to Lake Trasimeno, its churches and numerous monuments are all not to be missed. You will spend lazy days, strolling around while eating an ice cream, immersed in an atmosphere of ancient times. We advise you not to miss out on a few evenings in the numerous typical restaurants in the historic centre, you absolutely must try the Tuscan cuisine and the many delicacies it offers!
The owners of the house have carefully restored it with absolute respect for the old architectural features: the wooden beams, ceilings, fixtures and terracotta floors are those of yesteryear. Colours, decorations, finishing works and furnishings are perfectly in tune with the characteristics of the house, a perfect rustic style to take you back in time.
In front of the house, there is a large green area at your disposal, a gazebo with garden furniture ideal for enjoying outdoor dining in harmony with the landscape below and the lights in the distance.  Immersed among the olive trees is a lovely swimming pool (size 3.5x6 m, depth 0.60-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), panoramic and cool, which will be perfect for your days of relaxation on the sun-kissed sun loungers of the solarium. Podere Capanne is a portion of an old farmhouse set in the hills overlooking the charming medieval village of Rigomagno and much of the wide Chiana Valley. You will find the house in a landscape covered mostly by olive trees, interrupted here and there by small vineyards and lush oak woods. Ancient farmhouses, always in privileged positions, emerge from the vegetation, completing a natural landscape of rare beauty. A delight for your eyes, an enchanting place for your holidays.
You will find the house on the edge of a large olive grove of about 3 hectares, tended like a meadow that, from the top of the hill, with a harmonious succession of natural terraces, slowly slopes down towards a wooded gully.
A few steps from the house and immersed among the olive trees is the completely fenced swimming pool for your exclusive use (size 5x10 m - depth 1.10-1.50 m - open from 01st May to 30th September), a green oasis for your summer days. In front of the house you will have a large fenced-in courtyard equipped with a table and chairs on the nice porch, where you can enjoy grills and good local wine. Deck chairs, sun loungers, table tennis table, barbecue, 2 bicycles and shaded parking space are also available. Your pets are welcome at Podere Capanne.
Podere Capanne is an old residence that has retained the characteristics and atmosphere of times gone by. It is well furnished and equipped, and we are confident that you will spend a comfortable holiday in a warm and welcoming environment. You will also have the opportunity to taste and buy excellent extra virgin olive oil produced by the owners, who still follow ancient traditions in the production of the famous local oil.
The house is located just a few kilometres from Siena and Arezzo, and we certainly recommend a visit to both. The former, admired all over the world, will welcome you with its ancient cobbled streets and the majesty of Piazza del Campo, while Arezzo, on the other hand, more reserved and less well-known, will surprise you with a delightful and rich historic centre, typical cafés and excellent trattorias.
