The villa itself has been recently refurbished however, it still holds its original character such as terracotta floors, wooden beams and stone arches.
Outside there is a large terrace and a large garden, both offering privacy and somewhere to relax in the open air. The property is surrounded by fencing.
Villa Crispinino is perfectly positioned for anyone hoping to visit Tuscany’s famous sites. About 20 km from the property, in the town of Arezzo, you can catch a train to destinations such as Rome, Florence, Orvieto and Siena.

Once at the villa, it is like nudging the clouds, with a splendid, sweeping view over the entire Valdarno. Peace and tranquillity await you in this place, no noise other than that of uncontaminated nature. The villa also offers you the possibility of moving around quickly, thanks to the good road network on the valley, which connects the cities of Arezzo (20 km) and Florence (60 km). The nearest shops are in San Giustino Valdarno, 3 km away.
Around the villa there is a large fenced and equipped green area. Adults and children can have fun playing exciting table tennis and table football tournaments. Villa Gioiosa is an old stone house that once belonged to the nearby Benedictine monastery and was used by the monks as a chestnut dryer, of which the surrounding woods are rich. Today the house has been completely restored, maintaining the characteristics of the old Tuscan farmhouse, both in the architectural features and in the furnishings, enriched with local antiques.
