Property Description

The villa is situated on a big terraced land with many old olive groves. The highway exit is in Massarosa, the farmhouse is good reachable. The large property is divided in 2 villas, both equipped with a pool and rented to guests. Villa Pieve is the second –last one with 180° View to sea-panorama –you can watch Gorgona, Livorno, the Leaning Tower in Pisa and sometimes you can see outlines of Corsica.

Outside: in front of the house is a large covered veranda with dining table. A big barbecue, lots of flowers. A few steps further down there is another terrace with the enormous pool (open from mid-May to mid-October), various tables and umbrellas are located here. Warm shower and changing room with WC. The pool has a Jacuzzi and is on one side 1m deep, on the other 3m, salt water.

Interior Description

Inside: huge open dining room with kitchen and fireplace - stone walls, furnishing rustic, large dining table, 5 burner stove, dishwasher, fridge, oven. Microwave, toaster, mocca machine or capsule espresso machine (capsules can be purchased at 0.40 cent owner). Shower room.
A staircase leads to the lower apartment, which remains. It has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, WC and small kitchen, terrace with dining table outside. It can be rented on request against additional payment). Other staircase leads to the first floor - here is a living room with fireplace, double sofa bed and TV (Italian). 1 guest WC. 1 bedroom with double bed, safe, 1 bedroom with marriage bed.
On the third floor there are 3 bedrooms - one with a simple bed and a bunk bed, 1 x double bed, the third one also has a marriage bed and a simple sleeping sofa and a cot. 2 x shower room.
The pool and around the house as well as the access are illuminated. On the windows are mosquito nets. From the lower part of the property you can see the highway.
