3. Poggio Cuculo (Not longer available)

Poggio Cuculo is a lovely 18th century villa located in Patrignone, 8km from Arezzo, in a scenic position surrounded by endless green fields, with sweeping views over the surrounding countryside.The property can sleep up to 12 guests comfortably in seven bedrooms with six bathrooms and features large, high-ceilinged interiors and spacious rooms with elegant modern decor and original details that remain, like wooden caisson ceilings, antique pieces of furniture and works of art.

In the corner of Tuscany lies the charming medieval town of Anghiari where visitors can delight in the historical, cultural and picturesque riches that they’ll find in this treasured place. This quaint country house is definitely off the beaten path, you won't find large highways leading to this property. But for those who want privacy and to escape the tourist traps, this property is perfect.
