Presidio is an exclusive property for rent located in Talamone, on the southern Tuscan coast. The structure is an ancient defensive tower dating back to the sixteenth century completely renovated and transformed into a beautiful holiday facility.
The property offers interiors furnishe with taste with some antiques disposing of any comfort and can accommodate up to 12 guests thanks to its 6 bedrooms and its common areas.
Outside, a well-maintained garden offers to guests a panoramic private swimming pool, a solarium and a barbecue area equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining.
Presidio has access to a few hundred meters of coastline (cliff) and its position enjoys absolute tranquility and a spectacular view that ranges from the Argentario to Talamone.

At guests’ disposal: private swimming-pool (6 x 4 m), access to the seaside with solarium area (shared), terrace furnished with tables and chairs ideal for al-fresco dining, barbecue. The house provides internet connection (WI - FI), satellite TV, mosquito nets and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms. Daily cleaning of the bedrooms and lounges 5 days a week.

1st floor: double bedroom with fireplace and access, via a wooden staircase, to a room with a small bathroom with shower, wardrobe and access to a small terrace.
