The second building is an independent structure containing a single flat, and the third building houses the offices. The estate sits on eight hectares of beautiful hilly terrain, complete with Mediterranean flora, olive groves, holm oak, and oak trees. Guests can enjoy a stunning view of the gulf of Follonica, which is only three kilometers away.
All of the flats are tastefully furnished and come with Satellite TV and electric or gas heaters (included in the price). Guests can also purchase olive oil produced on the farm. While the estate provides a peaceful countryside retreat, there are many exciting places of historical and cultural interest nearby, with the sea only three kilometers down the road. The major art cities of Tuscany are also easily accessible via the motorway network, with Florence at 150 km, Siena at 80 km, and Pisa at 90 km.
For those seeking outdoor activities, the estate offers a shared swimming pool (7 x 14 m, seasonal availability: 08.Apr. - 18.Oct.) with an internal staircase and outdoor shower, as well as a barbecue and private garden furniture. Additionally, guests have access to WiFi and a washing machine (for shared use, extra), as well as bicycles (extra). Die Unterkunft liegt sehr schön und hat einen sehr großen Außenbereich. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß, um auch ein paar Bahnen zu schwimmen.
Die Wohnungen sind liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Vermieterin ist supernett und sehr hilfsbereit.
Das einzig störende ist, dass ein paar Meter hinter dem Haus eine Schnellstraße vorbeiführt und das Geräusch der Straße auch nachts zu hören ist.
