Also on this level is a double bedroom with an ensuite shower, bidet, and WC, as well as a room fitted with 1 single bed and 1 double bed, also with an ensuite shower, bidet, and WC. The kitchen on the ground floor is fully equipped and opens onto the terrace, also featuring an open-hearth fireplace and a dining area. A separate WC completes this level. On the first floor of the main house, you will find 2 double bedrooms, one of which includes an ensuite shower, bidet, and WC, along with 1 twin bedroom and a separate shower, bidet, and WC shared between the remaining rooms.
The annexe is located approximately 20m from the main house and covers an area of approximately 130m². It does not share an internal connecting door with the main house. This self-contained space includes a twin bedroom with a fireplace and an ensuite shower and WC, a double bedroom with an extra bed and an ensuite shower and WC that is suitable for guests with reduced mobility, and a living room with a kitchenette and a fireplace. Throughout the property, the floors are covered in natural stone, and the furnishings are comfortable and styled in a classic country house aesthetic.
