This charming and rustic vacation rental spans over 125 m2 across 2 levels, accommodating a maximum of 8 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all set within a warm and traditionally furnished interior featuring natural stone floors throughout.

On the ground floor, the first bedroom is equipped with a French bed measuring 160 cm. This level also includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table, from which you can access the terrace directly. A shower, bidet, and WC are also located on this floor.

The upper floor hosts a spacious living room with direct access to the garden, as well as 2 additional bedrooms. One of these bedrooms features a French bed of 160 cm, while the other is fitted with 2 sets of bunk beds measuring 80 cm each. A second bathroom, also comprising a shower, bidet, and WC, is situated on this floor.

Amenities Included

The kitchen on the ground floor is thoroughly equipped for self-catering, featuring 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave, making meal preparation both convenient and enjoyable. A washing machine is also available for guests requiring laundry facilities during their stay.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
