Please be aware that due to a very narrow curve on the uphill approach to the property, not all vans and multivans with a wheelbase exceeding 2.95 metres are permitted to access the estate. However, all cars with a wheelbase of up to 2.95 metres are welcome without restriction.

On the ground floor, a spacious living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, featuring an open-hearth fireplace, a dining table, satellite TV, and a DVD player. This floor also hosts 2 bedrooms, each furnished with a French bed measuring 160 cm, ideal for a restful night's sleep. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. 2 shower rooms, each complete with a bidet and WC, are also located on this level.

The upper floor features sloping ceilings throughout and offers 2 additional sleeping areas. The first is an open room with a double sofa bed, while the second is a private room with sloping ceilings and a French bed of 160 cm, accompanied by a shower room with bidet and WC. A spiral staircase leads further to another room with sloping ceilings, furnished with 2 beds and served by its own shower room with bidet and WC.

The balance is due 65 days before arrival.

For last-minute bookings (within 65 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Booking this property the renter will also receive included in the price a cancellation insurance policy provided by ERV which also covers, among other events, the cancellation in case of positivity to Covid-19. Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche verbracht. Wer Ruhe sucht, ist dort gut aufgehoben. Das Haus ist schön und gepflegt, die Küche sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool ist groß und tief. Der Hinweis mit der steilen Auffahrt stimmt - je kleiner das Auto desto einfacher ist die Zufahrt.

The house is beautiful and well maintained, the kitchen is very well equipped. The pool is large and deep. The information about the steep driveway is correct - the smaller the car, the easier the access.
