This vacation home is a spacious and bright 1-room house that spans 70m2 on 2 levels. Located on the ground floor, it features beautiful and cozy furnishings throughout. The living/sleeping room is equipped with 1 double sofa bed, a dining table, and satellite TV, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind. There is also an exit to the terrace, which provides stunning panoramic views of the sea.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, and a freezer. A shower/bidet/WC is also available on the ground floor for your convenience. Moving upstairs, you will find an open gallery with sloping ceilings. It features a comfortable French bed (160cm), electric heating, and air conditioning. Another shower/bidet/WC is located on this level as well.

The terrace is a highlight of the vacation home, measuring 40m2 and featuring terrace furniture. It is the perfect place to enjoy the beautiful panoramic view of the sea. A children's high chair and baby cot for up to 2 year olds are also provided for your convenience.
