La Rimessa is a beautiful stone building with a total of five private apartments that is conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa, among other amenities, includes also pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet.
Fienile is a four-bedroom unit with four bathrooms that is built on two levels and can sleep up to eight guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
If you enjoy cooking for family and friends there is a well-equipped kitchen including coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to eight people.

For last-minute bookings (within 45 days of arrival) the full amount must be paid at the time of the booking.
In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
