La Rimessa is a nice stone building that has a total of five separate apartments that is conveniently located 3 km (2 mi) from Montaione, Italy and only 16 km (10 mi) from San Gimignano. La Rimessa, among other amenities, includes also shared pool, air conditioning and WiFi internet.
Fornace 2 is a two-bedroom unit with two bathrooms that is built on one level and can sleep up to four guests. Some rooms are air-conditioned for your comfort (see room details below).
Sharing a meal with friends and family is a big part of the Tuscan culture. Take advantage of the well-equipped kitchen to prepare meals using local produce while on your vacation. The kitchen includes coffee machine, microwave, toaster, stove and refrigerator, as well as, plenty of tableware and cutlery for up to four people.

- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 46 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 45 days to arrival date or in case of no show.
