On the main level, a generous open-plan living and dining room serves as the heart of the home, complete with a dining table and a dedicated kitchen corner. The fully equipped kitchen on this floor includes an oven, a gas stove with 5 gas rings, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. A flat screen television is also present in this space, and a shower, bidet, and WC complete the facilities on this level.

On the lower ground floor, you will find a versatile living and sleeping room furnished with 1 double sofabed, a second flat screen television, and an additional shower, bidet, and WC, making it an ideal and private retreat within the home.

In case of cancellation of the booking, even if it is substituted by another one, the following penalties apply:
- the initial deposit (25% of total rent) if the cancellation is made between booking time up to 66 days before arrival date;
- 100% of total rental price if the cancellation is made from 65 days to arrival date or in case of no show.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans cette maison de village sur 3 niveaux avec une place de parking bien commode, bien équipée et agréable à vivre. Loin de l'affluence touristique à seulement 13 km de Sienne.
Prévoir d'y arriver de jour arriver car située dans une ruelle un peu difficile à trouver de nuit.

Be sure to arrive during the day as it's located on a narrow street that can be a little difficult to find at night.

Een compleet huis voor de prijs van een hotelkamer in de heuvels van Toscane. Douches zijn te klein en douchekoppen passen niet. Bedden zijn lage kwaliteit en wifi was aanwezig maar gaf geen respons. Maar als je voor rust en uitzicht komt, heerlijk! Siena is half uur verwijderd, en alle touristische lokaties zoals Florence, de thermale baden of de leuke kustdorpjes zijn alemaal een uur van dit centrale punt.
