Surrounding the pool is a generous grass sunbathing area furnished with sunbeds, umbrellas, and a table with chairs, all set against a breathtaking backdrop of rolling Tuscan hills. Just a few steps from the house and positioned at a slightly lower level, the pool area is easily accessible and perfectly integrated into the natural landscape. Adjacent to the pool, on the side facing the garden, you will find a charming outdoor dining area shaded by large umbrellas and served by a traditional wood-burning oven and a mobile barbecue, ideal for long al fresco meals in the warm Tuscan air. Adjacent to this, the second apartment, entered from the side of the parking area, features 2 double bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom with shower, as well as an additional bathroom with a bathtub. Also situated on the ground floor, accessible both from outside and via an internal staircase from the first floor, are the common kitchen, a large dining room, and a bathroom. An internal staircase leads up to the first floor, where a shared living area with a television corner and a table for board games awaits. Adjoining this communal space is the historic tower, which houses a charming tea area and a gallery accessible via a dedicated staircase, devoted to reading, yoga, or pilates. On the first floor, 3 further double bedrooms are available, 2 of which feature ensuite bathrooms, while the third is served by an adjacent bathroom. Two additional living rooms complete the first-floor layout.

Throughout the interior, you will discover the authentic materials of the Tuscan tradition, including wooden beamed ceilings, terracotta-tiled roofs, stone walls, arches in stone and red brick, and hand-crafted terracotta floors.
