The swimming pool, facing south and appearing almost suspended above the open landscape before it, is rectangular with 2 rounded sides and measures 9 x 6 metres at its widest point and 9 x 3 metres at its narrowest, with a variable depth ranging from 1.70 metres to 2.40 metres. Painted internally in blue with a stone edge and a metal access ladder, the pool is equipped with internal lighting and a salt purification system, and remains open throughout the entire year. Please note that the swimming pool is not heated.

This floor also includes a kitchen with direct access to the garden, 1 double bedroom, and a bathroom with shower. The second floor is dedicated entirely to the sleeping quarters and features 4 double bedrooms. 2 of these bedrooms each have their own open-plan bathroom with shower, while the remaining 2 double bedrooms share a bathroom equipped with a hydromassage shower.
