A gym area shaded by a gazebo adds a further dimension to the outdoor offering. The property is accessed via a 600 m dirt road in good condition, leading to an automatic driveway gate with a separate pedestrian entrance.

The swimming pool is located 30 m from the villa, on the same level, in a secluded area of the garden, accessible across a stone-paved lawn. Rectangular in shape, the pool measures 14 x 5 m with a constant depth of 1.5 m, featuring a sand-coloured PVC lining with a travertine border and chlorine purification. Entry is facilitated by 5 steps positioned in 2 corners. The 60 sq m travertine and stone pool terrace is generously furnished with sunbeds, deckchairs, umbrellas, gazebos, sofas, tables, and chairs, and is equipped with a solar shower. Automatic lighting illuminates the interior of the pool, the solarium, the gazebo, the surrounding lawn, and the trees, creating a magical atmosphere after sunset. The pool is fitted with a cover and can be heated on request at an extra cost. It is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October. Please note that photographs of the property were taken in spring, and therefore the flowering of plants and the colour of the garden grass may differ from what you observe upon arrival.

Unit Layout

Villa Pianello extends across 250 sq m and is thoughtfully distributed over 3 floors, all connected by an internal wooden staircase with handrail. The villa accommodates a maximum of 10 guests across 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, making it an ideal choice for larger groups and extended families.

On the ground floor, an entrance under the portico leads into a spacious living room featuring a dining area, a television corner, and an ornamental fireplace. The well-equipped kitchen offers direct access to a furnished outdoor dining area. Also on this floor is a twin bedroom with beds measuring 150 cm in width, complete with an ensuite bathroom with shower and direct access to the garden. A second bathroom with shower and laundry facilities is located opposite the entrance door.

The first floor features a hallway with a sitting room, a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom with shower, and 2 additional double bedrooms that share a bathroom equipped with a hydromassage tub and shower. A staircase leads from this floor to the second floor, where a further double bedroom with a divisible bed completes the sleeping accommodation. Air conditioning is available in all bedrooms and in the living room.

Other Information

Villa Pianello accepts pets, subject to specific conditions. An additional mandatory cleaning fee applies for each animal per week or part of a week. A tourism tax may also be applicable depending on current local regulations.
